Our Spinner Hanger Blast Machines have been designed to shot blast components of all sizes, complex shapes and fragile parts. ActOn PG Series are built with hooks or hoists for heavier parts. Moreover the Spinner Hanger Blasting Machines can process large components which cannot be tumbled together during the shot blasting process, due to the risk of impingement.

How it works?

Parts can be loaded in the spinner hanger blast machine separately, to be processed as single pieces, or can be loaded on the fixtures. After mounting the parts on a hook, these are loaded in the shot blasting chamber. Components are finished in a rotating and oscillating movement, hence the final finish is consistent and uniform.
