The ET 100 RB Wet Shot Blasting System from ActOn Finishing is a trough-belt machine equipped with a blast wheel, designed for efficient and uniform cleaning of various components. Combining blasting, washing, passivation, and drying in a single process, it effectively removes oils, greases, rust, scale, paint, and other contaminants. The integrated process chamber, blast wheel, spray bar, and troughed belt work together to deliver consistent surface finishes across all parts.

How it work?
The ET 100 RB operates with a rotating troughed belt that gently tumbles components in front of a high-performance blast wheel. As the belt moves, each part is evenly exposed to a pressurised mix of water and abrasive media, removing surface contaminants. The process continues with a rinse using filtered water from an integrated spray bar and finishes with a short air blow-off for drying. Process water collected beneath the chamber is continuously cleaned and recirculated, ensuring consistent blasting quality and cost efficiency.
