BR-MOLD Series Ultrasonic Mold Cleaner
BR-MOLD series has been built based on the extensive experience gathered while working with manufacturers from the sector. These Ultrasonic Mold Cleaner machines are designed according to the component size and the production and automation requirements of the customer. They incorporate stages such as ultrasonic washing, rinsing, anti-corrosion protection, drying, and more. BR-MOLD expedite the mold change process with minimal consumption and maximum efficiency, delivering optimal results for injection molds made of zamak, magnesium, plastic, rubber, and other materials.

This ultrasonic mold cleaner system features two ultrasonic cleaning tanks equipped with our OPS oil decanting system, allowing simultaneous cleaning of two mould baskets. After the cleaning stage, the baskets move to the rinsing tank and then to the passivation tank. The installation begins with a loading and unloading area, featuring a grill and an inclined deposit for drip collection. The installation includes 4 stages: 2 ultrasound cleaning stages, 1 parts rinse stage and 1 anti-corrosion protection process.

BR-MOLD 800, Ultrasonic Mold Cleaner with Gantry Carraige
This system has been designed for aluminium, magnesium and zamak injec tion moulds. Stages include ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing and anti-corrosion protection stages. It is built with:
- Automatic lids, opening and closing via a pneumatic arm system & controlled from the touch screen with PLC.
- Baskets designed for the cleaning of different mould models in two heights.
- Closed circuit filtration with filter tank, recirculation pump, anti-spill tray and all necessary piping.
- Gantry carriage for moving between stages.
