Final rinse & drying – clean water or solvent provides the final rinse, with water-based systems incorporating a blow gun for drying.

Paint & Spray Gun Cleaning Applications

The paint gun washers and spray gun cleaning machines provide dedicated cleaning solutions for professional painting and industrial finishing applications.

Water-Based Paint Cleaning – remove water-based paint residues from spray guns and associated painting equipment using dedicated water cleaning systems.
Solvent-Based Paint Cleaning – clean spray guns used with solvent-based paints, with recirculated solvent for washing and clean solvent for the final rinse.
Automatic Spray Gun Cleaning – automatically wash up to two spray guns per cycle on selected GAMMA models.
Manual Spray Gun Cleaning – provide operator-controlled cleaning for spray guns and painting equipment requiring targeted washing.
Combined Water & Solvent Cleaning – clean equipment used with both water- and solvent-based paints within one machine using separate cleaning areas.
Colour Change Cleaning – clean spray guns between paint applications, with selected models also providing colour-testing capability.
