The Automatic Multi-Stage (AMS) series comprises multi-phase installations that carry out all processes fully automated. We engineer and manufacture AMS Ultrasonic Cleaner Machines tailored to the specifications of our clients. Our ultrasonic cleaner machines can be seamlessly integrated into continuous production lines, eliminating the need for manual intervention. For standalone units, the operator’s role is limited to loading and unloading parts. We recommend the AMS series for a wide range of industries, from optical, medical and pharmaceutical to industrial sectors.

BR-AMS LENS, Multi-Stage Automatic Machine for Contact Lenses
Specifically designed for contact lens manufacturers, the BR-AMS series aims to optimise the final stages of lens production. Traditionally, removing blocking wax and performing the final cleaning of lenses has been a labor-intensive and tedious manual process, often risking damage to the lenses.
With the BR-AMS Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine, these processes are now automated, significantly reducing time and ensuring a 100% success rate while maintaining the total integrity of the lenses. The ultrasonic cleaning stage operates by immersion: lenses are placed in a custom-designed holder and submerged in the cleaning fluid, where the ultrasonic action thoroughly cleans them. Subsequently, the lenses are rinsed and/or dried as per the customer’s requirements.

We purchased a CHE50 from ActOn in 2019 to help with our capacity constraints on our internal deburring process. The professional service received from ActOn Finishing was invaluable especially throughout the qualification process. The purchasing of the CHE50 has increased our capacity by 200% while maintaining a quality product.

Family-run business. We've bought three machines off them. The first has been so reliable we tagged on another two about a month ago. They are very professional and have worked to understand our needs at every turn. Very friendly--highly recommend.
