Ceramic Media manufacturer

At ActOn we manufacture our own Ceramic Tumbling Media at our facility in Kulim, Malaysia using quality raw materials.

Our Ceramic Media is manufactured by mixing abrasives such as aluminium oxide, clays and fluxes at wet state. Special mixers and vacuum extruders helps in homogeneity of the mix thereby making the media stronger and reducing effluent. The preformed media shaped to specific sizes is then fired at temperatures over 1200° C, in kilns designed for this application. ActOn ceramic media is pre-tumbled to customer requests thus making it ready for use .We manufacture all our ceramic media to suit customer requirements for their process and applications.
